Need help to compile mapserver-4.2.2 under windows

Could you send me a regex.obj with debug info and make sure it is compiled
under /MTd option so I can use it under my compiler process. Now I just got
error after I re-compiler most other libraries with /MTd option. How should
I deal with GD library since I can't compile it and no control to use /MTd.
Do you mind to send me your GD library with /MTd to
baijingyu_ca at yahoo.com ? I really appreciate your help.
