Editing shapefiles through mapserver

Hello,

I am wondering if there are any tutorials or reference documents
available that describe how to allow users to add points to shapefiles
dynamically through mapserver.

As an example, the mapserver users map (located at:
http://www.moximedia.com:8080/imf-ows/imf.jsp?site=ms_users) is almost
exactly what I would like to accomplish, although in a different context.

Any help would be very appreciated, I've looked through the wiki without
any luck.  Am I missing something? Thank you for your help.
