MapServer for windows setup up guide

Hi folks,

I've just published a "windows how-to setup guide" at my website. In 
fact, I translated( and made some fixes) it from a portuguese version 
which I made
months ago for a customer.

1) http://www.webmapit.com.br
2) click "INSTALL" menu
3) then click "Setting up a MapServer development environment in a 
Windows box" title

suggestions and english tips are welcome.
