Update Mapfile on the fly

Bernie,
If you are using the CGI version of MapServer ( not MapScript ), you should be 
able to change some things in the URL to point to your new layer name.  What 
did you have in mind?  If you can tell us a bit more, it might help us direct 
you accordingly.  Sounds interesting!
