Compiling Php_MapScript with SDE support

Does anyone have a php_mapscript.dll with SDE support enabled for
win32?  It is not included in the HOBU kitchen sink and everytime I try
to build it on my own I get the following error:
 
php_mapscript_util.c
php_mapscript_util.h(64) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'php.h': No such f
ile or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
 
Any suggestions or work arounds are greatly appreciated.  I have built
mapserv.exe with SDE support, but can't seem to get the mapscript build
to work.  Thanks!
