mapserver Windows Oracle Binaries

hi,

I'm looking to get hold of specific pre-compiled Mapserver binary that
support (among others) for Windows:

Oracle Spatial
SWF
PERL
WCS, WFS

I've tried many binaries on the web and to date i've found if they support
Oracle they don't support PERL (eg MS4W - no oracle, otherwise would be
perfect, HoBu - no perl, ..)

anyone know of a version? (th eequivalent for Linux would also be useful)
