tile4ms query problem

I tried to use tile4ms to index 68 shapefiles.

Worked very well in display

when i try to query data it returns:

Fatal error: [MapServer Error]: msDBFGetItemIndex(): Invalid field index 1.
in /home/carlos/fgs/apps/pmapper-1.0.8/incphp/query/squery.php on line 84

I'm using pmapper-1.0.8 and when i try the "square query" tool, returns some
results, but only in some areas.
Or returns the same error above.

The problem is in my data ??

The "Fid_1" in my data is always blank when i can get some query results
(using only the "square query")

I dont use TILEITEM in my mapfile (i don't know how to use it...)
