problem with server configuration

Hi,
this is my first message to the list.
Also, i'm a new user of mapserver.
I have a problems with the application. I suposse the problem is with the
server configuration.
The application runs sometimes properly without errors and sometimes runs
without showing the maps...

the testing url is:
http://www.geografia.com.mx/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/home/httpd/vhosts/geografia.com.mx/httpdocs/mapageoags/demo.map&layer=colonia&layer=calle&layer=capital&layer=mexico&layer=carret&zoomsize=2

any idea??
sorry for my poor english... i'm from argentina.
