Configure ORA_GEOMETRY column in OGR

Frank,

Could you make the oracle spatial column name configurable as a command line
or enviroment option. We use both OGR2OGR and Arc$Tools for data loading and
would like to keep the geometry columns consistent. And we'll never get ESRI
to change.
