compiled error with php4 support on debian sarge system

Hi,
   My system is debian sarge,and I compiled php 4 with a long
parameter,about twenty lines,and I download the cvs code of mapserver,and
comile with php support, the configure command is fine,but when I compile it
- run make command, something wrong with it.
   The error message :
       php_mapscript.c:5970: error: too many arguments to function
`php_header'
Is this a bug or something I mistaken?
