Upgrade from 3.6.6 to 4.4.1

Hello All,

I have just upgraded our machine, OS (RH8 to CentOS) and as such also
Mapserver from 3.6.6 to 4.4.1 and PHP from 4.1.2 to 4.3.3.

After config all seemed to work, the initial page and map is displayed, the
legend html works, the reference map is displayed BUT all dynamic type
features do not work.  These include zooming, panning, addition of new
layers etc.

I have investigated the Migration WIKI, done the modification where required
but to no avail.  Can anyone point me in a new direction as I am a bit lost
as to the source of the problem.
