At the SVG Open 2005 (15-18 August) in Enschede, Netherlands, there is a full-day workshop about building a SVG Webmapping Application Using Postgis, PHP and the UMN Mapserver by Andreas Neumann, Juliana Williams and Olaf Schnabel.
