MapServer 4.8.0-beta2 released

Aw, man!!!!!!!  RFC-6 was one of those that's going to have significant 
positive impact on some of the ocean and coastal model visualizations in 
Mapserver we're doing with SCOOP!

Hope it will come along soon!
