Problem in zoomin with png/gif symbols

  Yes, i've a checkbox in template to control activation of layer. Unfortunately it keeps working strange the same, also eliminnating minsacle and maxscale: starting from fullextent and zooming out symbols are shown, otherwise they desapear, altough symbol is shown in the legend image.
  What an enigma!!!
