MapServer Foundation - Name of . . .

just:

"Spatial Foundation"  

Pretty all inclusive as far as being an umbrella ORG.   Kinda forks off 
into the product naming a bit easier too.  The MapServer naming in the 
Foundation aspect seems to be a limiting aspect IMO.
