   The intersect feature ends up being converted into a mapserver query 
by shape  msQueryByShape(map, lp->index,  psQueryShape) (where 
psQueryShape is the shape passed in the sld.  Not sure how to optimize 
this. Any suggestions are welcome. Realted subject is discussed inside
