angleitem for point symbols

Sorry Francesco, I just tested again and it doesn't work for me either. 
  I remember adding it to the documentation, for this bug 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=815.  I just now got 
ANGLEITEM to work with a hatched symbol again, but for a regular point 
symbol it does not work.  I should update the doc to say that it is only 
for hatched symbols...maybe someone else has info on this?
