WFS localhost error

I'm running a mapserver/chameleon ms4w install. When submitting the
following http request, I get back my XML properly parsed out.
http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/mapserv_44.exe?map=c:/ms4w/apps/myApp/map/test_douglas.map&request=GetFeature&service=WFS&version=1.0.0&typename=bunnies2004_point
 but the following layer request causes my map to not display.

 I've checked it verses the samples on the mapserver site, and in the web
mapping book, and cannot find what is causing the error, any suggestion
would be greatly appreciated.
