Mapserver Bugzilla website speed

Perhaps my changes to keep people from filing bugs is actually
working... ;-)

Actaully, I've been using regularly and while it's never been
particularly speedy it does work. Perhaps
there are network issues between you and that machine? Seems ok right
at the moment anyway.

I will be trying to move bugzilla to another box soon (perhaps over the
weekend) to see if that helps.

Has anyone used the mapserver bugzilla recently? I have been trying to
enter
a bug, but the web pages only seem to load sometimes and keep timing
out
other times. Is it like this for other users?
