image border is opaque when viewing

Hi,

I have made the outside black border within a geotiff transparent by running
"gdalwarp -dstnodata 0" against the geotiff.  I verified that it is
transparent within OpenEV and photoshop, but when utilizing MapServer it is
not transparent.

Below is the outputformat used within the .map file.  I have tried with an
imagemode of PC256 and RGB.

 OUTPUTFORMAT
  NAME png
  DRIVER "GD/PNG"
  MIMETYPE "image/png"
  IMAGEMODE PC256
  #IMAGEMODE RGB
  EXTENSION "png"
 END
