Raster image catalog as datasource? {Scanned} {Scanned}

Hi,

What type of image catalog do you think? An ESRI image catalog?
AFAIK only gdal created tileindex is supported in mapserver. You can 
create an image catalog using gdaltindex command. See raster howto.
