sobre conecction and conecctiontype......WMS

hello list:
I am forming in WMS in platform Windows I have used MS4W.
when I am doing mapfile I see these lines in the example:

CONNECTION "http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/cgi-bin/mswms_gmap?"
CONNECTIONTYPE WMS

they  to me to explain as he is funciion of mswms_gmap.

As I generate it???
That it does??


Note: mapserver where it lodges to mapfile this in a Linux.
