mapserver mapscript vs mapserver cgi projection problem

Hi,

The earlier problem of projections not working with java mapscript was due to
the install package missing a couple of DLL's. proj4 was there, but apparently
it also needs some others.

So, hydra-like, every problem resolved generates new ones...

In this case, I'm reprojecting a tileindex layer (EPSG:27200 - NZMG) into a
lat/long map.

The Linux mapserver CGI version does this perfectly. The Windows java mapscript
implementation comes close, but has the rasters about 100m offset.

I don't think it's a datum issue (but I could be wrong).

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be (or even better, what the
solution is :-)?
