What's the catch with ROSA on Windows client PCs

No but I'll give it try, but not now :-)

The site is always the same only the client behaviour changes. Some of
the clients indeed exhibited that behavior, you needed to move the
window to get the content, some kind of a redraw problem. On most PC
it works fine, after some JAVA is installed, but some of them
(including the one where I'm supposed to make a presentation) when
they decide not to work nothing seams to cure them.
