How to edit your PostGIS data

For one of our projects we have a fairly customized JUMP interface.
For general purpose you need to cut uDig a little more slack, or at  
least wait until the 1.1 release until you darn us to heck.
For another project we still do a mix of dump and restore loops  
through FME and ArcView.
