MapServer Website - Documentation issue

When I try to view the Documentation on the mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs website i get the following error message:

Documentation
Document Actions
 
Documentation for the MapServer project
There are contained help center object types, but none are viewable because of their permission settings.

I am logged in as a user, and i get this.  Also without being logged in I get it.
