gdal13.dll

guys,
i got gdal13.dll in

c:/php/ (delete?)
c:/../phpmapscript/ (maybe?)
c:/apache/cgi-bin/ (save!)

which 2 can i get ride of?

the reason i ask is because when i run ogrinfo, which was working just fine
a month back, it says 'The procedure entry point ?SetField at OGRFeature@@
QAEXHHHHHHHH at Z could not be located in the dynamic link library gdal13.dll'
(yeah, i typed the entire error prompt). what say, version conflict?
