Janeks,

  The long story is it depends on your technical
requirements, budget, capabilities, etc.

  The short story is for quick, free 15 meter Landsat
mosaics (in MrSID format) go to NASA's Geocover site:
https://zulu.ssc.nasa.gov/mrsid/.  There are other sources
of Landsat data, but they take some image processing get a
nice geo-referenced seamless RGB mosaic of images.
