Hi Ian,

A reply from not so far away :-)

I've run it from a LiveCD, along with QGIS & PostGIS. A useful link here:

I haven't run it from a CD when booting from a hard drive, but I imagine if you
configured the httpd init script to point to a CD/DVD it would be possible.

Or are you still struggling with Windows? :-)
