dBox & Firefox

Hello.
I am using MapServer 4.8.  I am working on an implementation using dbox in a
CGI environment so i am not using mapserv.js.  What I have so far, works
with Internet Explorer, but not Firefox.  the way I have it setup, the user
needs to click on the map image to initialize dbox.  Again, this works fine
when using IE, but not firefox.
