Hello list, thanks for the input. Here is some more information: including mapfiles via PHP mapscript will work once (and only once without having to restart Apache) when PHP is running as an Apache module. PHP/CGI works just fine. Any idea how to manage this with PHP as a module? thanks Wolfgang
