Can mapserver run on IIS using Microsoft fastCGI plugin?

About a year ago Microsoft published a free plugin wich adds fastCGI support
to IIS 5,6 and 7.

Has anyone succeeded in running Mapserver in fastCGI on IIS using this
plugin?

I would like to know if is possible to run Mapserver reliably in such
environment.
It would be nice running Mapserver with this plugin since it is the official
fastCGI implementation for IIS.
