FWTools 1.3.6 using mapserver 5.0.0-beta4

Thank you Frank!

Would it be a good idea to set up a mapserver installer that is 
specifically for IIS? I would love to maintain that particular one and 
testdrive new versions for it.
I will see if I can find an installer tool that can also script IIS 
settings at forehand.
