Win32 Compilation and Installation

Hi All,

 

Attempting to compile MapServer and then MapScript for C#. And have been
trying to follow the 'Win32 Compilation and Installation' tutorial.

 

The link to regex is not current, does anyone know if this is still
necessary? Or have a more up to date instruction manual for building
MapServer?

 

The version I'm trying to compile is 4.10.2
