[MAPSERVER-USERS] MapServer 5.2 Beta 1 Available

That would be great because this MS5.2 release seems to give real great
improvements !
As a windows user, I'm going to try to compile the source's release in order
to run some tests and give you some feedback.
I'm still looking forward to downloading the next beta ms4w release.
