Kusum,

I think this is probably a question you should be asking on the 
mapserver-users <mapserver-users at lists.osgeo.org> list and not on 
Openlayers.

You ahould probably also read 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/agg-rendering-specifics if you 
want good antialiased lines.
