[mapserver-users] (no subject)

Hi, everyone
I am using ogr2ogr -where "TENHUYEN='CUM'GAR'  "
CUMGAR.shp LopHanhChinh.shp . I have a problem that is CUM'GAR have a
symbol ( ' ),  so i can not use the above command. Can you help me 
solve this problem. Thank you very much!
