[mapserver-users] please document MINGEOWIDTH/MAXGEOWIDTH

In 5.4.0 release notes [1] I read MapServer supports 
MINGEOWIDTH/MAXGEOWIDTH parameters [2]. Cool! Almost missed that - it's
from docs [3]. Would you please document it?
