[mapserver-users] Unable to open file /opt/fgs/www/htdocs/tmp/Hello_World12312833136370.png for writing

Make sure your apache user can write to that directory, also make sure they can cd into that directory.

unable to  generate image that is (.png) in FGS after giving  the URL as
URL:http://localhost:9000/cgi-bin/mapserv
