Hi Thorsten,

You can download the SDK packages containing all the required files to
compile MapServer with Visual Studio:

http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/Default.aspx


To compile just type 'nmake ms' in the root directory with the Visual Studio
command prompt.
