[mapserver-users] can not compile arcsde 9.3 with mapserver 5.4

Hi,

slowly, I'm approaching. Our customer had to write to out local service
provider of ESRI and they had to write to ESRI and request for the
header files (I can not find the page, where it was written, but the
header files should just arrive from U.S. here).

So, now I "should" be able to compile

Anyway, I just copied the 9.2 headers into the same spot in the 9.3 directories  and it works just fine. Don't know that I'd recommend that approach in lieu of learning the super secret handshake but it worked here in a pinch...
