[mapserver-users] Update re: PHP Mapscript fails to load.

Hello folks,

	I've dug into the code internals of Mapserver and Mapscript, and have yet to find more than a few clues as to what the problem is.  But, this gets into heavy internals issues, so I am going to pose the question on mapserver-dev.
