[mapserver-users] WMS setup help

I'm trying to get a map file configured to produce tiles using a WMS source (http://imsortho.cr.usgs.gov/WMS_Capabilities/USGS_EDC_Ortho_Texas/capabilities_1_1_1.xml?REQUEST=capabilities&SERVICE=WMS)

I get the following error:
