[mapserver-users] PDF Generation - file suffix?

I don't want to pollute Jukka's thread about large .pdf creation, so I am forking it.  

The .pdf file generated by his request renders fast and looks nice, but the file doesn't have a .pdf suffix.  This confused my browser and didn't automatically associate the file with Acrobat Reader.  

This isn't a huge issue for me as a user, but if I am developing something for a more general audience, it will be a problem.  

Is there a way to ensure that the generated .pdf has the correct file suffix?
