Please, get this error:

msWMSFeatureInfo(): WMS server error. Unsupported INFO_FORMAT value
(text/html).

the capabilities of the service is:

http://wwww.uptc.edu.co/cgi-bin2/mapserv?map=/mnt/datos2_9teras/DatosUsuariosUPTC-UniValle/ms4w/apps/100/gismap/co.map&service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities

and the request is:
