[mapserver-users] Load a map from a remote URL using Mapscript

Hi 
I am trying to create a desktop application that would load a map from a
remote URL. For this I am using the mapscript method with C# according to
the following tutorial: 
http://spatialhorizons.com/2007/05/26/mapscript-demo-1/ mapscript demo .
All the mapscript related examples I have seen so far including the above
load a map from the local PC using a mapfile located somewhere in the
C:drive. 
How can I load a map that is located in a remote URL? 
Should I have to modify the map file? Or should I tell mapscript the remote
URL where the mapfile is located and if yes, how this is done?
