[mapserver-users] RFC81: offset labels with leader lines

Hi all

I see that there was a proposal a month ago to implement labels with 'leader lines', which I presume means that with position: 'auto',  label positions will be  calculated at a distance from the feature when required by collisions. This is exactly what I am looking for, can anyone tell me if this is going ahead and if so when it is likely to be implemented?
