Nope, the coordinates are (note the negative number):
-417651.92249206,6609322.2049643 : 417651.92249206,6811115.9596091.

It's OpenLayers that's generating the request automatically for me, so I
have little control over that. Besides, that request works fine if I
switch to using MapServer instead of TinyOWS, so I think it must be a
configuration issue for TinyOWS. Hopefully it's the extents
misconfiguration...
