[mapserver-users] Map server at http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/wms/ down

This is probably the wrong place to post this, but I'm not sure what the
right one is...  if anybody knows, please pass the message along.

So the public OSGeo tileserver seems to be broken, with all tile requests
returning a 200 OK containing errors instead of a tile.  Example:

http://vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org/wms/vmap0?LAYERS=basic&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&FORMAT=image%2Fjpeg&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-45,0,0,45&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256->

loadOutputFormat(): General error message. OUTPUTFORMAT clause references
driver GD/JPEG, but this driver isn't configured.
