[mapserver-users] Building Mapserver - missing strlcat... methods

I’m attempting to build map server 7.0.1 on linux and am getting the following errors.  I’m sure I’m missing some dependency… but google has failed me to figure it out.  Help?

-- Looking for strrstr - not found
-- Looking for strlcat - not found
-- Looking for strlcpy - not found
-- Looking for PQserverVersion in pq - not found
-- Looking for pthread_create - not found
-- Looking for pthread_create in pthreads - not found
